You can now attend CodeAway at Rocky Mountain Pizza without having to pay an entry fee. If you want pizza, of course, you’ll have to buy your own, but we have use of the reserved back room without a per person fee. All pizza is available for the regular menu prices and they will have a pizza buffet open from 12pm-2pm.

Bring your laptop, Nintendo DS and your RockBand skillz and we’ll program, code and talk for a few hours together at Rocky Mountain Pizza!

We literally took over Neil’s Halibut yesterday at the Utah Geek/Blogger Dinner. We had at least twenty people there and maybe closer to thirty. Here are some photos:

May’s Utah Geek/Blogger Dinner is this Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

We are having it at Neil’s Halibut and Broiler, which is a little more casual than we’re used to (order at the counter and bring it to the table, fill your own drinks). It is, however, excellent food, on the south side of the Salt Lake Valley, so our buddies from Provo can attend as well.

If any of you got any photos, mention it on the comments with a link. This photo was taken before Lars and Jordy showed up, so I’m wishing we had more.

Last week’s CodeAway seemed doomed. Not only did I accidentally plan it on Easter weekend, when family obligations and easter egg hunts draw us away, but Wasatch Wingz went out of business, so we had to move it.

Fortunately, Rocky Mountain Pizza stepped in and provided us with an awesome space AND we had plenty of people show up.
